1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following information when you use Goo Vyral:
• Name, email address, and phone number
• Profile details provided during registration
• Booking details such as destination, travel dates, traveller names, and preferences
• Communication between users and agencies within the app
• Payment-related information processed via third-party payment gateways
(Note: Goo Vyral does not store card or bank details)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used to:
• Create and manage your account
• Enable bookings between users and travel agencies
• Facilitate in-app chat communication
• Provide customer support
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements

We do not sell your personal data.
Information may be shared only with:
• Travel agencies you choose to interact with, so they can fulfil the booking
• Payment gateway partners for processing transactions

4. CUSTOMER DATA USED BY AGENCIES
When you book or message an agency, necessary personal data is shared with that agency for booking fulfilment.
Agencies that receive personal data through the Platform must:
• Use customer data only for legitimate booking, service, support, tax, and compliance purposes
• Not sell, misuse, or unlawfully disclose customer data
• Not retain customer data beyond what is necessary for the booking or required by law
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards
• Comply with Goo Vyral's privacy and data processing requirements, and enter into a separate data processing agreement if required
• Immediately notify Goo Vyral of any personal data breach, unauthorised access, or data misuse affecting Platform data
• Delete or return customer data when the relevant service is complete and retention is no longer legally required
5. AGENCY COMMUNICATION
Official booking communication should take place through Goo Vyral's in-app chat features where possible.
Goo Vyral is not responsible for issues arising from communication conducted outside the app.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain account, booking, and payment records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Financial and transaction records may be retained up to 7 years where required. Agencies must keep booking and customer-service records as required by their partnership terms and applicable law.
8. DATA BREACH NOTICE
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting Platform data, we will investigate and, where required by law, notify affected users and authorities. Agencies must immediately notify Goo Vyral of any personal data breach, unauthorised access, or data misuse affecting Platform data.
9. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Goo Vyral may use basic analytics tools to understand app usage and improve services. These tools do not personally identify users.
10. USER RIGHTS
You may:
• View or update your profile information
• Request account deletion in the app or by contacting support
• Control notification preferences in the app

Goo Vyral may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

Goo Vyral is not intended for users under the age of 18.
