GOO VYRAL — TERMS & CONDITIONS
For travellers using the Goo Vyral marketplace
Effective as of the date you create an account or complete a booking on the Platform.
1. PLATFORM ROLE
Goo Vyral is a technology-enabled marketplace and intermediary operated by Goovyral Innovations Private Limited (Flat No. 214, 1st Floor, Mahaveer Galaxy Apartment, Hemmigepura, Kengeri, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 560060). Goo Vyral connects travellers with independent travel agencies. Goo Vyral does not itself provide hotels, transport, tours, or other travel services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. USER AGREEMENT
By using Goo Vyral, you agree to browse, compare, customise, and book travel packages offered by third-party agencies, and to these traveller terms.
3. AGENCY SERVICES AND PARTNERSHIP
All itineraries, hotels, transportation, and experiences are provided by the listing agency. Agencies list and fulfil travel services under a separate Agency Partnership Agreement with Goo Vyral. That agreement governs Goo Vyral's commercial relationship with agencies; it does not make you an agency partner, and it does not make Goo Vyral the travel supplier.
Goo Vyral does not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes of any agency-provided trip.
4. YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE TRIP
Unless the Platform expressly says otherwise, your contract for the underlying travel service is between you (the Customer) and the Agency. Goo Vyral acts as marketplace facilitator and as communications and payment intermediary. The Agency remains responsible for confirmations, vouchers, itinerary execution, substitutions, amendments, and support during travel.
5. PAYMENTS
You may make payments through Goo Vyral. Goo Vyral collects payments as a facilitator and releases them to agencies based on predefined payout structures after applicable platform fees, taxes, refunds, and other lawful deductions.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the respective agency and are displayed before booking. You should read those listing terms before you pay.
Where a refund is due because of agency cancellation, service failure, non-fulfilment, overbooking, or other agency default, the agency bears that refund obligation. Goo Vyral may help coordinate a refund as marketplace intermediary; that assistance does not transfer primary responsibility away from the agency except where required by law.
No refunds are applicable once the trip has started, except where the agency's published policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Raise service issues with the agency first through Goo Vyral in-app chat where possible. The agency must handle customer complaints promptly and fairly. Goo Vyral may assist in communication, escalate unresolved matters, or take platform action against an agency, but Goo Vyral does not take responsibility for final resolution of agency service disputes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Goo Vyral is not liable for damages arising from services provided by agencies, except to the extent caused by Goo Vyral's own proven default. Where liability cannot be excluded, Goo Vyral's liability is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform for the relevant booking, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You must verify itinerary, dates, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules, passport/visa requirements, and other details before booking. Provide accurate traveller information. Fraud or misuse may lead to account suspension.
10. COMMUNICATION
For safety and support traceability, booking-related communication should take place through Goo Vyral in-app chat. Goo Vyral is not responsible for issues arising from off-platform communication.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Goo Vyral is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental action, strikes, pandemics, or network outages.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes relating to the Platform may be addressed in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
