1. PLATFORM ROLE
Goo Vyral is a technology platform that connects users with independent travel agencies. Goo Vyral does not provide travel services directly.
2. USER AGREEMENT
By using Goo Vyral, users agree to browse, compare, and book travel packages offered by third-party agencies.
3. AGENCY SERVICES
All services including itineraries, hotels, transportation, and experiences are provided by respective agencies. Goo Vyral does not guarantee service quality.
4. PAYMENTS
Users may make payments through Goo Vyral. Goo Vyral collects payments as a facilitator and releases them to agencies based on predefined payout structures.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the respective agency and are displayed before booking.
6. DISPUTES
Goo Vyral may assist in communication but does not take responsibility for final resolution.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Goo Vyral is not liable for damages arising from services provided by agencies. Liability is limited to the amount paid through the platform where applicable.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users must verify itinerary and booking details before confirming payment.
9. FRAUD
Fraud or misuse may lead to account suspension.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Goo Vyral is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
