Refund & Cancellation Policy — Goo Vyral
At Goo Vyral, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness for both travellers and travel agencies.
Your contract for the trip
Unless the Platform expressly says otherwise, your contract for the underlying travel service is with the listing agency. Goo Vyral is a technology-enabled marketplace and payment intermediary. Agencies operate under a separate Agency Partnership Agreement with Goo Vyral.
Refund Rules
• Cancellation and refund terms are defined by the agency and must be displayed on the listing before you book.
• A percentage of the booking amount may be refundable if the booking is cancelled before a specified number of days prior to the trip start date, as stated in that agency policy.
• Partial refunds, if applicable, depend on the agency's confirmation status and cancellation terms.
• No refunds are applicable once the trip has started, except where the agency's published policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Where a refund is due because of agency cancellation, service failure, non-fulfilment, overbooking, or other agency default, the agency bears that refund obligation.
• Goo Vyral may help coordinate refunds. That assistance does not transfer primary responsibility away from the agency except where required by law.

• Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the individual travel agency's cancellation policy shown at booking.
• Certain charges such as hotel bookings, transport reservations, or convenience fees may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, are usually processed within a few working days to the original payment method.
Complaints
Raise service or refund issues with the agency through Goo Vyral in-app chat where possible. Goo Vyral may escalate unresolved complaints.
